Together, we’ll navigate the waves toward healing

Hello and Welcome!

I’m Elsie Gaw, LCSW, MSW, and owner of Rising Tide Therapy, practicing in Colorado. I’m passionate about the power of connection and how strong, secure relationships support our mental health and overall wellbeing.

My work centers around attachment, life transitions, and the many ways anxiety and depression show up in our lives. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, believing that you are the expert in your own experience — I’m here to support, guide, and walk alongside you in your healing.

With individuals, I support personal growth by helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others. With couples, I help strengthen connection in the small, everyday moments — from sharing a meaningful hug at the end of the day to navigating conflict with more empathy and understanding. With families, I create space for open dialogue, emotional safety, and genuine closeness.

No matter who I’m working with, my goal is to help you feel secure, calm, and more connected — both to yourself and to the people who matter most.

Healing takes courage, but it doesn’t have to happen in isolation. Whether you’re navigating a tough season, feeling stuck in old patterns, or longing for deeper connection — therapy offers a space to breathe, reflect, and be supported.

Whether you're seeking therapy individually, with a family member, or in a couple, I’m here to help strengthen your relationships — including the one you have with yourself. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and care as we explore what’s been weighing on you and what’s possible on the other side of it.

You deserve to feel understood, empowered, and connected. I would be honored to help you heal.

You don’t have to face it all alone
